Both Jason and Simon look like they've spent a lot of time outdoors, which affects how they age. It's not a bad look - but it definitely gives them a sort of rugged and worn appearance.

The kid with the long blond hair I found creepier than the main character. He just seemed so reckless. It was predictable that he would get into trouble that would end up getting him dead.
