Post Count Push - We need more Posts!
The Mentalist board is in serious danger of falling below the posting requirement this month.
If the board's daily posting average falls below 15 in any month, we will be put on probation for six months. Once on probation, if the monthly posting average is below 15 a second month, the board is closed. Our average for August right now is 12.6. We can bring the average back up before the end of the month - but we need at least 22 posts every day to do that. So please - if you love this board and want to keep it - POST! Yes! I really enjoy it and I was thinking of that earlier today. We could do TM episodes or other movies with the other actors. Or even episodes of other shows like Emily in Supernatural or Joe in Criminal Minds.

Happy to report that our push over the weekend has brought the average back up above the red zone. But we cannot rest. We still need to make sure we continue to post at least 15 posts per day to avoid being put on the Low Post Count list.

A live watch is where we agree on a time - adjusting for everyone's time zones - and then we watch something together and post comments as we watch. Yesterday Mai and I watched The Craft - which is a 1980s movie with Robin Tunney. We could also watch Mentalist episodes, or movies with Simon or one of the other actors, or even episodes of other TV shows the actors are in.
It's a fun way to share the experience of watching or rewatching, while also getting lots of posts! __________________

I see... I thought it was some tech or on-line stuff that I would have a hard time learning to use.
 I'm interested to join, though there is a chance that time difference could be a problem for me as I often travel to Asia because of work, like now. Anyway, it sounds like fun. |
