My brother is getting a plumber out to my house tomorrow. I have a leak in my laundry room. Hopefully it will be something minor and easily fixed. Wish me luck!

So far, no progress. The plumber couldn't find the leak, so he suspects that the hot water heater might have a bad thermostat. Which would cause the water to overheat and pop the pressure valve. I've had the water turned off to avoid getting water on the floor. We're going to leave it on over night and see if there is anything there. So far it's just been very minor puddles. I hope we don't get a flood this time!

This is the first time I've ever owned a home. It's my first opportunity to pick out my own appliances. I want to get a stove and refrigerator and washer/dryer that I'm really going to love using.
