We've had a cold front and a couple of days of 70s and low 80s. But back to near 90 (32C) tomorrow.

We rarely have AC outside of like shops and cars here (Northern Europe) since it's all built for cold and colder so it's not been my favourite. I much prefer the kilder and colder temps

 hopefully everything goes well with the fitting and he benefits from getting itm they are very useful and important but I can understand how scary it can be when he has to go in to get it done.__________________

Recovery is going okay. I'm able to type a little bit and I'm doing exercises 3 times a day to relieve stiffness and get back the full range of motion. They hurt, but I can already tell that it's working.
