That's really tough, but I think season 6. We got the best of seveeral worlds there - tying up the Red John story, the transition to Austin and working for the FBI and Jane and Lisbon getting together and

I think a lot of folks thought that the Red John story should be the focus through to the end of the series. Like once RJ was dead, the show was over.
