They complement each other so well .. Monroe is so cerebral; and Nick, though certainly smart, is mostly action. The Grimm reacts, the Blutbad considers: so who is the Wesen? I like that the show blurs the line between them.

The relationships are very different; but I agree there's more of that thing we call "chemistry" (for want of a better word) between Nick & Monroe.
