I still think Renard's high-rise condo is the ideal place to stash her. It has security and it's classy enough for her tastes.

I don't think she wouldn't stay at Sean's because of their issues regarding their daughter Diana.

Honestly I don't think Nick would want Adalind and his son separated from him specially since she doesn't have her powers anymore to protect them. Even a protected location would hardly convince him (the only reason she couldn't stay in Nick/Juliette's house at time was because of Juliette) Also, even if their relationship is better, I'm not sure he trusts Adalind enough not to keep a close eye on what she's doing

Maybe, but we'll see what going to happen next with Nick and Adalind with the living arrangements with her and their son.
