The Jambalaya was great - my boys said it was perfect, best they'd ever had. I'm becoming a regular Cajun cook.
My kitchen, on the other hand, looks like a tornado happened.  No sweat about the posting, Cathy. You've been a tremendous help - best week we've had in ages! I jumped in and recorded the count while I was cooking .. posting the numbers in a minute!  __________________

The yard people were here before 9 AM and just left a little while ago.
They pressure-washed the drive, sidewalk and porches, seeded and fertilized the lawn, leaf blower'd, weed-eater'd ... and I have a headache from all the noise and fumes.  However, things now look ready for Spring so that's good.  __________________
