I think them being a couple would be good. But, even Natasha telling Bucky that he's good man, and his response being that he isn't. Which, I think, proves Nat right. He's a good man because he feels guilty and responsible for what he did as the brainwashed Winter Soldier.

That would be wonderful

And

he is a good guy. He still has a lot psychologically to heal from, but he is a good person who doesn't want to hurt others.
