my parents got their 1st shots. they go back for their second one at the end of the month.

That's great. I hope it went well for them. My dad was fine and didn't get any side affects. I haven't spoken to my mum yet about hers.

We got snow where I am. I woke up Sunday and it was snowing, and it snowed for most of the day. We also got more snow. No issues with work as I've been working from since March last year.

they havent had any issues with their first shots. I have heard people are having side effects with their second though. so we shall see how that goes when they get theirs at the end of the month. I still cant get an appointment for mine though. everyone is booked solid everywhere.

we were suppose to get snow here yesterday but it only flurried for like an hour then stopped. we were lucky. they were calling for a lot more but we never got it.

my work has been closed since last march. I work with the elementary schools here. and they are still virtual learning here. so I am out of a job till that changes.

It's been snowing off and on, but not much, but it's cold and I'm not spending too much time outside.

I know I'm lucky that I've been able to work from home since March last year.

yeah it sucks not being able to work. I am so freaking bored. and since I live with my parents who are both high risk they dont want me leaving the house. cuz they are so afraid im going to attract the virus and bring it home to them. so im been house bound pretty much since march. im going crazy in this house.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I know that I wouldn't cope very well if I wasn't able to work.

I don't live with my parents, so I haven't seen them as much as I usually would do, but I do call them once a week.

I finally got an appt for my first covid vaccine. its for next Friday at 6 flags. its like an hour away but that was the only place that had an opening.
