me and mom went to the store and then chipotle for dinner

oh and I found out the name of being a semi vegetarian its actually called flexitarian, I looked it up and that is what I am doing. I cut out a couple meats but keep the ones I want to still keep. I am keeping beef, chicken, turkey, they say its the easiest one if you want to transition to full vegetarian or if you just want to cut out certain stuff for heath reasons, I am doing it for health reasons

I've found a room and decided to take it. It does mean a longer journey to work, but it was such a nice room and a couple of supermarkets really close to the house. There were two rooms available and five rooms altogether.

I'll also be closer to my sister and I'll be able to get the train to visit my parents. Which is so much quicker than getting the bus.

yeah I looked up a few of them and that was the one that fit me and what I was already doing, now I have a name for it and more info on it. I like that it lets you still have some meat if you crave it so you aren't denying yourself that and it will help transition easier or cut out more meat over time.

is that the one where you eat seafood or the poultry one? I can't remember but I know its a part of the flexitarian

when I got home from work I sat outside and got some sun, its been so hot and I was only out an hour and got a nice tan already

I'm sorry Donna, I have had cats pass away too

its still really hot here but it rained yesterday but it made it really humid, the air at work and home always makes me cold so I bring a sweater to stay warm

The air con at work can make me a bit cold at times.

I met up with my friend and got my birthday present and card from her.

I also got so hot that I ended up feeling a little ill.
