No, I just founded it yesterday (it was posted in the last week on youtube).

It's amazing indeed, it made me cry watching it.
I also found two other videos that are very nice. One of them also made me cry, I'll post it here as well (as I think you'll love it), first one (End of Time) - is really awsome, and the video edit is superb, and also another video, more joyful, but with some extraordinary effects (bright colors and multiple layers), nice music as well. From a twitter I found out that at the party after Civil War Premiere in LA, everybody was looking for Sebastian Stan, to get to talk to him (actors, directors etc.), he literally captured all the attention. I'm so glad for him.
