I have this scene in my head now:
A villian is making racist remarks to Sam and suddenly the villian has been blast off. Sam looks around his shoulder and sees a big cloud. The cloud dissolve and reveal Bucky a HUUUUUGE bazooka on his shoulder, saying: "NOBODY makes that kind of remarks to the new Captain America!" __________________

I really should helping with writing of the script
 Zemo saying Bucky's trigger words Bucky looks angry at him Zemo: Soldat? Bucky punched him in the face with his metal fist, makes Zemo falling to the ground. Bucky: "Screw you, bastard!" and walks off __________________
