By now I guess Dany has forgiven him. I still think they need a proper talk and make things clear but like I said, I'm very sure she isn't mad at him anymore.
I wonder if anyone will find out about his Greyscale? |

I think she's definetely forgiven him enough to actually speak to him again, in a non-dismissive tone like in 5x08, when she sees him again
I don't think she's forgiven him enough for things to go back to like it was before she learned about his spying activities __________________
