yeah that's even worse. i mean a wedding is something special and for one night it's ok but only throwing a party and not closing the window isn't very social

I'm living in an apartment and the family above us is always making noise too but not party noise, more having a dispute noise

And when they do remember to close the window they usually have a very powerful Bass player, that makes sure that you can hear the vibrations of whatever they are listening to in the entire appartment block, even if you can't hear the actual music
