It's been circulating Facebook and Twitter for a couple of weeks now. HBO have confirmed the date according to articles on Google too. Except yesterday they released a statement which said it could be changed to the 31st March, 2019, depending on whether filming finishes on time.

It sounds pretty much official. Oh dear I was hoping for 2018 but when I heard they will film till August 2018 I almost knew we wouldn't get the new season before 2019.

Each episode is meant to be feature-film length, so maybe they're expecting filming to push over quite a bit.
