I hope to see a scene of Rhaegar and Lyanna together, maybe when they were hiding in the tower or Rhaegar getting the news that he will be father and naming his son Jonaerys.

I doubt we will get a Rhaegar and Lyanna scene now that Jon's parentage is solved. It wouldn't add any new information.
