Well there is love between Jaime/Cersei, as messed up as it is, I think Dany/Viserys is way worse because he had no problem using her for his advantage, all he cared about was himself

He was a really awful person. He only seemed to show what a little affection he did as a way of manipulating her.

To be fair though he was pushed into madness. He did help her survive for so long... but yeah messed up nonetheless.
