I liked how Dany’s holding of court is affecting her… it is not so easy to rule. And nobody can claim anymore that they whitewash Dany.
Finally badass Drogon back!

Just finished watching it (couldn't watch it live sadly). Tyrion Twyin Jaime Shae Peter Dinklage's acting on that last scene was incredible

Loved the meeting about Dany "The Targaryen girl" I'm glad she's being more and more acknowledged as the episodes go by. They can't ignore her for too long. Also if makes things more connected and exciting to see characters mention other characters who are very far away.

Yara is a badass and I loved her scenes! Even though I won't ever feel bad for what's happening to Theon.

Dany bb She was so overwhelmed But it's realistic and I'm glad it's happening now. Drogon looked AWESOME. Poor goat

What else...oh, Stannis! I like him enough, and I feel his claim to the Throne has legitimacy, but he's really in no position to demand things right now. He doesn't have enough to conquer the Throne or enough to make people believe that they should fight for him. He needs lessons from Dany, who within a short period of time acquired dragons, armies and freed slaves She might be overwhelmed but she's getting things done. I don't see Stannis doing much ever since he lost The Battle of Castle Black.

Overall, incredible episode, definitely one of the most exciting ones of the season. Even though I know most of what happens to the characters in question, it still kept me anxious and nervous and on the edge of my seat.

King of Cool

Loved the episode. I was watching it as soon as we got back to the "Youth Hostel" and i was sitting at the edge of my seat the entire time. I'm too excited right now to put my thoughts into words, but this one is clearly my favourite episode of the season and it's difficult for anything to top it. Although seeing as this is GoT i wouldn't be surprised if episode 9 or 10 of the season does top it

Really good, even better than the last one which was a bit slow imo. Anyway my thoughts to this episode.

Dany was awesome. I love the fact she's not portrayed as the super Queen who is perfect. She is young and has to learn a lot.
Can't decide if I like Hizdahr or not.

Drogon was epic No more explanation for this scene needed!

Hightlight: Tyrion and the trial. WTF Shae?? Seriously? I liked her but not after this episode. That stupid b**** sorry guys. I calm down now again.
Tywin wasn't that clever to underestimate Dany in this episode. Neither is Cersei.
Oberyn Martell is top like usual. Enjoyed Varys/Oberyn and how you can never tell what Varys really wants. The throne? Power? I dunno.

Didn't like Reek/Ramsay that much. For some reasons this whole storyline about Theon feels like wasted screen time for me.

The more I like Davos, the more I dislike Stannis. If you didn't know who was in charge there you might think it's Davos who should reign and not Stannis.

Me, too. When he was saying all the reasons why Stannis should be King, I thought to myself that if he on Dany's side, he'd have much stronger arguments
