Mine isn't necessarily a moment shared between them, but when Lydia confesses her feelings about Stiles to Malia and Scott.. it would have to be one of my favourite moments in the whole of the show.

I mean usually we just see Stiles and how he feels, so it was nice for them to really show Lydia's feelings.

Another favourite Stiles/Lydia moment of mine was in season 1 when they dance.. I just love how soft they both are in that scene. And soft is not something I would usually associate with either Stiles or Lydia

Not so much an least favourite, but I didn't like that we didn't see get to see Lydia tell Stiles she loved him too.
