Well she does both things Though I'm really keen on her codename Yo-Yo. It seems to suit her.

she is bad ass i love her powers just like i love daisys they are awesome she kindda reminds me of the flash

true his faster but his is different he runs around where as she is in one spot but goes around but back tot he same spot .. if that makes sense??

Oh wow okay.
I thought they would've been the same speed.. since she seems pretty fast too. So fast there's time it doesn't look like she moves from her spot.

that is true she is fast but i dont know how fast she can go where as in the flash they have tested the theory
