Controlled Ward.
Should make a nice dynamic. __________________

He got sloppy last night.
Why didn't he just shoot Loreli when he had the chance? Must have not payed attention during the briefing __________________

First the Berserker staff, now Lorelei. Ward is clearly prone to Asgardian influence.

Simmon's needs to give him repellent or something.. I'm just a civilian (with a 1st degree black belt in karate) but when dealing with a hostile that is on the attack, "You must never hesitate". __________________

Yeah, I didn't like that he had to be incompetent for the purpose of the plot. The writer should have come up with a better set up.

Caught the latest episode. Poor Ward still has some issues regarding them higher beings eh. lol.
All kidding aside, he's quite an attractive guy especially for the Whedon world, (sorry David B, working on Bones made you too soft lol). This character is confusing for me at times. I can't tell if they want him to be transparent and show any growth as a person, or just keep him as the fixed point of mission focus type guy, impersonal and 'professional'. IMO really, from what has been shown for most missions you could switch Ward or May around, it seems the two have similar skill sets. Aside from May's pilot skill and Ward's European language skills I would imagine both are the same. There isn't too much background on him like with some of the others; I know he's not prior military. He's far too young to have a solid military BG and a distinguished rising career with SHIELD, that and his mannerisms dont match anything i seem from enlisted folks. lol. all and all he's still quite fun to watch. although shield should mix it up a bit, don't they have other colors besides black? lol |
