Hey fellow Agents / Inhumans



I've been thinking about this for awhile , and I think that it may be time to close this board.
Our post counts have been declining over the past few months and we have very few
regular posters. As you know, Fan Forum requires that we average at least 12 posts per
day, with lower numbers than that leading to warnings and then possible closure of the board.
We would prefer to go out under our own terms rather than be forced to close due to low post counts.

Please let us know what you think. We'd be glad to hear any suggestions or advice to renew interest
here. Remember that to keep the board going, we need the commitment of a few regular, dedicated
posters. As much as we love this board, please don't just post to "save" the board and then
disappear again, because we'll be in the same position that we're in now if you do.*

I personally don't really want to close this down but I've seen several signs of this board
slowing down to the point were we only get posts on the game threads .

For me I know boards are slow when the show is of air but at the moment the show is airing
and we are barely getting any discussions on these episodes . I hope we can boost this board
up but I know we only have a few more episodes until it goes on break again than we struggle.

The one plus side is I also mod ththe Avengers board , my co mod and I discussed we can open
one thread there to discuss the show and actors over there . Which makes me happy cause I will
be able to discuss the show for abit . Depending on how regularly people will post there we might
open more threads later on .

Oh, Petra. I am sorry to see this for SHIELD and another one for you. I wish the board luck. I haven't watched this season yet, so I'm no help. But great to know that The Avengers board would be able to incorporate the show.

Thanks Jackie I know it's sad , for me I'm surprised with the board cause it is still airing but we don't get a lot of posts ,not a lot of discussions of the show . I've been monitoring the conversations and post and it didn't seem right to have a whole board for just that.

I wish I didn't need to close it but the good side is I will be at the avnegrgers board still able to discuss it

Oh no. This board was the reason I first joined back in 2015, and I have such fond memories of that time. However, I can’t always post on these days, so I can’t promise I’d be around enough to help it survive. I do understand why you would feel the need to close the board though…

Dang, a lot of boards have been closing on this site lately. Backstreet Boys, The Gifted, Agent Carter, etc. It's an epidemic! I hope no other boards on here close, this is the most closings I have seen since I joined the site.

I'm sorry that you had to put up this thread Petra, and I know that it's a difficult decision for you.

I've temp moderated this board for a long time (when I was on MST) and was very active during the early days. This board will always have a special place in my heart and I've met so many wonderful posters here. Sadly, a thread is enough for me to talk about the show and I think the show has already run it's course here on .

In the event that this board does close (aside from The Avengers board), we also have a thread on the TV board for this show and that thread is active.

Whatever happens, I'll support your decision on this Petra.

Hey hun

Yes thanks for all your help I do understand we all have lives outside FF , this board was amazing and I loved every moment of moderating it but now we can just move it all to one or two areas to discuss so if you are ever back on FF you can discuss it still which is what I really want

A sad reality we are facing two boards will be both ones I mod by myself ...

Also 2 of these boards have shows that have ended so it's hard to keep a board going at times when we don't have a show to.talk about .

I don't know if it the most boards closed at once , but it's more in with the new and out with the old .. these boards will be remember and we still will have threads around to.disuccs these wonderful shows

Thank Lindsay , it is hard especially cause the show is airing right now , but I don't see our board improving much sadly so we have run our course now

This board is awesome and I have meet some wonderful people here , so I'm happy with that

The good news is we do have other means to discuss this show so I'm really happt about that. I almost forgot about the tv threads so I will stop.by there now to discuss the show . I hope I see some of the fans over there to

I've just been a bit busy lately, but I will try to help out more. I really don't want this board to close, but if you really feel like you need to, then that's not my decision. I will still come by and help out. I'm hoping things on my end will be less chaotic within the next week or so.

I would prefer if this board didn't close, but I can understand why it would. It's been difficult this past year and it's really slowed down. Sadly, I think the gap year was simply too long for this show.

Hey yeah I know it sucks .. I understand RL is busy and yeah I feel that gab really killed the hype of the show and last season wasn't that great compared to season 4 ... and this season started slow but the last episode was great I thought k would have more people.to discuss it with but yeah it's been super slow

It hasn't been to bad cause Sam ( the angel) been helping out a lot

I just keep looking at the conversations for this season so far and it hasn't been a lot

But it's discussion now I hope to not close it

Since I haven't been able to watch them live, that's why I haven't joined in conversations. I've had to watch them like a few days later.
But when things get back to normal for me, I will start watching live again and chat more.
