And good luck on looking into new jobs and finding something you like better, Sarah!  I'm completely done with today and it's not even 4 in the afternoon. I've been up since 6:30 which is unusual for me  and had one appointment after the other since, a work thing first for a couple hours and then "creative therapy" which was fun but also pretty confrontational, and then physical therapy. I feel both physically and mentally completely drained  I'm going to try and go on without a nap buuuut we'll see  __________________

I'll most likely re-do my resume when I'm off Saturday
in the meantime, must be strong and stay all of my shift today no matter how slow it is can't make rent on 4 hours a day working__________________

I don’t know if these questions are too personal, but I’m curious. What does creative therapy entail, Val? What makes it confrontational?
Hope you got some rest after your busy day.  Sarah, yeah, 4 hrs is not enough.  I wish you the best of luck finding a new job. Soon hopefully!One of my kittens flew out of nowhere and landed on one of my boobs as I was lying down watching TV.  She plays ALL of the time! She was spayed the day before I brought her home with me, but today I caught her spraying/ marking her territory (the wall). Man she’s a pistol and a half. Just how I like 'em.  The other kitten is sweet and delicate, which is nice too.  Oh and my male cat (who is neutered) is butting heads with the wild kitten. I read it’s a pecking order type of thing, so I let them be unless I hear the kitten crying. Then I get up, and he runs off. Have a great Friday, my European lovelies.  __________________

 Have fun today with your graduation, Cece! You deserve it  Aaaahw, cute kittycatties I want a kitten too Craaaap, my train is going slooooow, and I'm so gonna miss my transfer  Oh well. ETA: also missed the transfer after that. Now I have to wait 25 minutes __________________

she first made me do a breathing exercise, and then after she gave me a big piece of paper and some pencils and asked me to start drawing the 'waves' of my breath, the way I just experienced them, no wrong or right, just how I felt I could best translate them into something visual, and to keep doing that for 5 minutes. So I started drawing these waves and after a while she asked me to close my eyes and continue so that was a bit odd but fun and then after that was all over she had aaaalll these insights about how I drew them (for example, the way they were spaced on the paper, how often they crossed each other, how orderly or chaotic it was etc) and she totally made all of that relate to my own life and I was like ......wtf I just thought I was drawing random waves but all this sounds spot on  then after we did another meditation/breathing exercise and after she asked me to draw a silhouette of myself and then draw how I felt during the meditation and I kind of did that with different colours "flowing" through the silhouette in different ways and she also had sooooo many insights, on the way I drew the silhouette/how I saw myself and everything else, and she said some things that were so spot on that it was a bit confrontational at times but it was still super interesting to me that she could really tell all that from what to me felt like a drawing I just did really quickly without even thinking about it!__________________
