 I do kind of doubt they're going to address Will's memories, maybe just go for the conflict in Hive knowing these people hate/tried to kill/actually killed Ward. |

It was interesting how Hive referred to Ward as himself (when he talked about Coulson killing him). So it's more than just memories - he feels like he is Ward, but with (a whole lot of) something extra I guess.

Yeah, that was definitely a noteworthy moment. It does make sense, that Hive would feel a connection to the people he inhabits.
Looks like we're gonna see comics!Hive next week! I honestly never thought they'd show it (for budget reasons). |

I never expected them to use the 'comics' Hive version, as some of the creators (can't remember who exactly
I guess Jed & Maurissa  ) basically said they wouldn't in an interview Well, they were talking about 'their own version of Hive', so I took that as 'we're not gonna put Brett through that, we're gonna keep him human-looking' But yay!  __________________

Even with the reneweal not sure if Grant Ward / aka brother from another planet" can survive buy seasons end. Ward is dead this is just a host using his body .. don't think keeping the storyline going as far a this alien who feeds on others too live ..Is worth containing into a new season . i was sad at first when Grant was killed on the other world planet .. i like the storyline that keeps Brett on the show

I was wary at first but I do like that they've been able to keep Brett on the show this way and that he isn't Ward anymore - but I really don't see any way they could drag it out any longer than season's end, I don't expect Hive to survive until next season so I'm afraid that also means that'll be the end of Brett's run on the show

I think it depends on what Hive's ultimate goal is and his purpose in the show. I can see them stretching out his arc til next season, but it would need to be justifiable beyond just wanting to keep around an actor they like.
