Love how they're already getting Elena some arms.
Wow it was interesting to see a floating ship in the sky.. that wasn't meant to be there. I'm so glad that Deke found out about FitzSimmons being his grandparents. And it was nice to see a glimpse of Deke's mother Can't wait for next week's ep! __________________

Coulson had a good line in this episode: “Hey, MacHammer. You can’t touch this.”
Seeing Mack's concern for Yo-yo is touching; they are a great couple. I hope they get more story in the future. Deke's presence continues to irritate me. The only long-term man of color this show has ever had (without killing them off) is Mack - Trip and Andrew were killed off after getting bits of storyline, Joey and Robbie didn't get much before their vanishing acts (Radcliffe and Deke, for example, were given considerably more), so it would've been nice if this season had been different and veered in another direction with a long-term character. If you didn't have the character sell someone into slavery (because the show has never properly handled that, and at this point Deke is basically just a walking easter egg for FitzSimmons with no real purpose except to be woobified because he's the grandson of Fitz and Simmons), it would've been nice. As it stands, it's one of the problems with AoS, and if this is the last season, it'll be one of the flaws with the show as a whole. |
