Interesting that they get into an argument again after "I'm sick Delphine" and then somehow it leads to... sex. Not that I'm complaining but I'm still unsure how going back to 1x10 is relevant.

Also was that Delphine in the blue jumper?

My guess is that maybe that was because Delphine started telling her to take the job at DYAD and stuff, Cosima probably couldn't tell whether she really wanted to help or was still just doing her job and lying to get her there. Then maybe whatever answer Delphine gave after this accusation was about her true feelings for Cosima and that was what led them to the angry kissing we saw in other promos.

The promo actually makes it look like it's Delphine remembering this, though, doesn't it?

I still can't think of a good reason to go back to it. Part of me is wondering if they are going to retcon and suggest Delphine has been a Neolution double agent since 1x10 but that would be lame.
