I don't even dislike Alfred as much as others do. I just don't feel a spark between them. On paper, I can see how Aurora might be attracted to someone like him after all she's been through, but on screen it fizzles for me. Maybe they'll be more convincing in S3. Glad they're working for you though, since it's clear the writers won't let it go.

As for Cosima's dreads, I really like them when they're up in a bun...even if it does give her a slight Borg Queen vibe. However, am I the only one bothered by the fact that the dreads don't match Tat's hair color? That wig is three or four shades darker than her real hair, and it makes me nuts that they never color matched it. I mean, I know most of the money goes to TM's salary and that damn TechnoDolly, but was there really no money in the budget to color match something that is on the lead actress's head for 1/4 of the season?

And what will happen to them once the series ends? (I hope EB snips off a single dread so she can always have a pet mustache.)

Yeah, that was obvious from the very first scene they shared There are some shows that do the here-this-is-our-main-couple-SHIP-THEM and it doesn't work for me, and I end up hating the couple, cause it's so forced. But with XCo, it really worked and I loved them instantly Honestly, though, I think she has chemistry with everyone, I ship Aurora/Alfred, but I also loved Aurora/Rene while it lasted, and the chemistry with Sabine was amazing, so, I'm always happy on that show, ship wise

Have you ever seen the photoshop job someone did once of the S2 promo pics where they shopped like Cosima's face on to Sarah's and Sarah onto Alison etc etc... it looks so weird!? It shouldn't because they are all Tat but it does.

I love Cosima, but she really wasn't very likeable in S3. If I didn't love her so much it would've been a deal breaker.

Agreed. I'm fine with Aurora/Alfred as friends, but romantically it does absolutely nothing for me. I can't help but see all the subtext in the Aurora/Sabine scenes though. I'm pretty sure it's not just us imaging it though, so much of what they say to each other is more than friendly.

I need this to happen.

i know the thing you're talking about! yes, it's super weird. i know obviously make-up plays a part in it, but it's like tat just changes her face in a way .... idk what it is. maybe it's b/c we're so used to associating one differently styled face with one particular clone, but IDK it's so weird.

i know everyone always says that, but legitimately even now i get lost up in the moment so often and completely forget that tat is playing all the clones.
