It's from an amazing You Tube channel called Jout Jout Prazer, that girl is AWESOME, and in this specific gif she was talking about abusive relationships, it was a very heavy topic which she handled so perfectly, and at that moment she had made such a great point that she congratulated herself like WOOOOOO GO MEEEEEEE (kinda what the subtitle says, I suck at translating, lol)

It's in Portuguese, though, no English subtitles, otherwise I'd totally recommend you watch all of her videos, cause they're truly the best
