I think we're meant to assume Cosima is living at Felix's. At least he was unpegging female underwear from his washing line in his apartment, and I know Felix has his kinks, but I doubt those were his.

I do like Cal and I'm warming up to him but... I wish they could give some of his screen time to these two, or Cosima in general.

Given Leekie's obvious fear that Paul might go to Rachel about Ethan Duncan before he comes to him, I'd say it's highly possible that the original genome wasn't destroyed but Dr Duncan took it away from the Dyad institute, resulting in the Dyad trying to kill him and his wife.
The knowledge that the Dyad killed her parents would certainly create a problem with Rachel and I don't know about you but if I were him, I'd rather not have a Rachel problem

Maybe Duncan has the genome and they'll use it to find a cure for Cosima?

It has to be, and really it's makes sense rn when they think they're onto a decent treatment. They probably feel like they can relax a bit, light-heartedly goof around, but you just know Cosima will be worse by the end of the ep or next ep or something.

I'm willing to accept her being worse by the end of the episode if they give us the puppy scene to balance it out.

Oh gosh, I don't know. A part of me wants to say yes? Because I feel like it won't be resolved by the end of the season if only because it's such a HUGE thing. But then again, who even knows with this show?
