I have no basis for what Emily Andras is like during Lost Girl, but I'm enjoying Wynonna Earp for what it is. It's fun and cute and that makes for entertaining tv.

I very much hate a love/hate relationship with Lost Girl but Wynonna Earp is really fun. The development for WayHaught isn't the best but I'm glad Emily is one showrunner that's remembered bullet proof vests exists & last weeks ep from brief bit I've seen is really good.

I haven't heard whether the show's been renewed yet though I do think there's some positive vibes and even though I can't speak about it specifically the finale..... oh word

I have been and I'm loving it. Waverly&Nicole are super cute but they really need to talk once in a while.

I was totally cheering on Nicole after she clothes lined Champ for being a homophobe and just all around dick.

She sure went for it and rightly so. I also loved that she told him Waverly doesn't belong to anyone. She could have let it slide or say "well no, she's mine" but she stood up for her as a person, first.

I also hope that someone gives Willa what's coming to her after she was all, "Wynonna didn't say you were a gay," to Waverly.

Ugh. That comment made my blood boil.

WE is awful.

Some of it needs work for sure but it's just popcorn entertainment and so far they've treated their queer characters right, which is more than can be said for a lot of shows this year.

I would certainly like a few more gay guys on tv but I guess we're not there yet

Supposedly they're not dead at the end of the season, but they've been very vocal about doing the right thing and how they're aware of the trope... so you know, if bad things do happen then the fandom is going to be pissed.

I thought people would be annoyed after POI 6,471 but people actually found that really romantic so maybe I'm not the best judge. I think people will enjoy bullet proof vests but scream at the ending which took me by surprise

Agreed. I'm not bowled over by them because they haven't had enough screen time for me to be, but they have potential that needs to be utilised and I did not realise that the woman who plays Waverly was British

6,741 is one of the few things POI got right this season. easily the best episode of the show along with if-then-else.

some jerk face already spoiled the ending of WE and quite a lot of the fandom is pissed, so... the problem with EA is that she doesn't think the journey matters, as long as you get your happy ending (see LG).

ETA... I'm gonna go cry about the POI series finale for about a week now. excuse me.

Yeah I heard about that & it's pretty annoying partially because Syfy have been pretty hardcore with the no spoilers and I don't want the rest of us to be punished for one being a douche, and also it's an ending that works better being a surprise. Like I get people wanna know their faves are safe since it's been a rough year & being prepared makes it easier ...... but they worked hard & as much as I'm a spoiler girl some things I do think should be respected in the way they're meant to. I just hope the rest of the finale isn't spoiled.

I feel so empty inside honestly, I feel like I'm in need of a spa week. I'm just completely emotionally and physically drained.

I wish I liked comedies, soaps and cheesy teen dramas. I'd probably be 50% happier.
