Sadly, they actually began filming X Company about 2 weeks later this year than last year. Don't know what the reason for that was or if it will make any difference to them finishing at the end of Oct./first week of Nov., as usual.

I reallly liked S2. It was much, much better than S1. They really seemed to find their groove with the Aurora/Sabine/Faber storyline, and they'll be doing more with that in S3. They gave Evelyne some great stuff to work with, especially at the end. In fact, that storyline was so successful that it kind of eclipsed everything else on the show. I wonder how they'll handle that going forward. I mean, it's ostensibly an ensemble show, but a couple of superior talents have emerged. Plus...(major S2 spoiler below for those trying to avoid such things)...

I love XCo more than I thought I ever would. It's an ensemble show but Evelyne is really able to do some great stuff with it. My only real wish for the show is more female characters. It's definitely a lot of guys and for the most part I like their characters but it was really great to see Aurora interacting with Sabine in S2. They're never going to do it, but there was so much subtext between those two.

Mm, bummer. Hopefully Evelyne is still able to film OB in between. I really hope they found a way to make both shows work for her.

They must have. I can't believe they'd have brought her back if they didn't have some schedule plan going forward.

She can still appear in the same number of episodes as S3 and that's all I'm hoping for.
