Although his being there for Alison appears not to be a big thing next episode. We've seen bits of him with Sarah and Cosima, but not Alison.

I don't know if it's because of the Leda story, or the fact he was the one connecting the Duncans to Rachel but I can't help this nagging theory that Felix was the Duncan's son. Do we know how much younger he is, compared to the clones?
