The relationship between the two Mikaelson
brothers Elijah and Klaus, over the years has
changed from being best friends to enemies
because of Klaus daggering his siblings.
Elijah and Klaus finally begin to get friendly
towards each other as brothers in the third season.
Elijah, unlike Rebekah, is unwilling to give up
on Klaus, and insists that the only moment he
will stop looking for his brother's redemption is
when there is none left to be found.
