Well the gifs I make are usually from my own videos but I use imgflip to make them and then gimp to resize and get rid of the logo
There is an actual youtube program though called "youtube video downloader" that works pretty well __________________

Ah, okay...I know this site where I can easily make gifs but then it has the logo on it that I can't get rid of.

Yeah, that's what I do and the logo annoys the crap out of me but you can crop it on gimp to get rid of the logo
