Well it's been mentioned throughout episode three.

and yeah it's in the opening of every episode before the 'previously on Sleepy Hollow'

It's in the part right before the previously. lol Before the previous, Ichabod explains his story and he mentions Abbie as Abigail, and how their destines are entwined, that's where the thread title is from.

I might repeat again for the next episode, you just should be on the channel a minute before the episode and then you and Tammi will probably see it. lol
