My favorite Sleepy Hollow fanfic is actually a tie between Matter of Time and The Lady that Lost Her Shoes (Work In Progress).

I love those two fics with all my heart. They are both Alternate Universe.

In Matter of Time Abbie runs a bakery that Corbin left her along with Luke, who is the chef/baker/friend/ex-boyfriend, and Andy who is Abbie's friend/secret admirer and business manager.

Abbie goes to visit Jenny and her partner Katrina in Boston for a housewarming. She meets Crane at the airport, he works in Boston and they hit it off and start dating when Abbie gets to Boston. However, things take a turn for the unexpected and of course Katrina is right in the middle of it. (I love, love, love this fic)

In The Lady that Lost her shoes Abbie is a cop in SH and Crane is a Hollywood producer in town opening up a night club with a friend. He and Abbie meet and... I don't know. The fic is only 2 chapters long, still waiting for it to be updated, the author says she will. Despite its short length, it is still one of my favorite fics and worth a read.

I love AU fics. They tend to be less bogged down with Apocalypse stuff and lean more towards romance.

Oh those are great fics and I wish the Lady that Lost Her Shoes was updated. I really enjoyed that fic. And you're right AU tends to not be all about the apocalypse. Which is a nice change of pace. I actually really enjoyed the Matter of Time one because it had Jenny/Katrina, and that was the first time I thought about legit shipping those two. Like I COULD still do that, but it would depend on how well Katrina is written this season. But yeah, you picked some really great fics.

yeah she looks good in them this season. and it looks like they've adjusted her wardrobe too. she's wearing clothes that really show off her body more. they're still practical but sexier. which i like. i mean she's beautiful anyways but felt like they downplayed her appeal for reasons. so i'm all for them allowing her beauty to shine. they don't need to hold her back. she can still kick ass with crane while looking flawless.

i'm flipping out right now over all these deleted scenes. Like why did they not include this stuff it would have answered so many questions, still it's cool that they added them in so that a few holes could be filled. and the gag reel was funny.... the dvd sold out where i lived. which doesn't actually surprise me and the cashier gave me the biggest smile when she saw what i purchased.

What's funny about the gag reel is that it features a few of the Ichabbie scenes. The sanctuary one is really funny. Oh and the one with Ichabod and Irving. Lol...... I'll have to try and gif that. with those deleted scenes I'm starting to formulate some theories about the story moving forward. I won't be surprised if they come back to a lot of the stuff they did cut. Speaking of which it's interesting to see why they chose the stuff they did for the dvds. Maybe they thought these were more important to see. Because I can't believe this is all that was on the cutting room floor.
