I prefer fics, it's probably quite obvious, that's why you're asking the question.

Videos I usually watch more as an entry to a fandom, to give me a taste or let me know the basics before I venture further.

I assumed, but I know you know of the Megstiel fics and videos.
For me, I like them both but probably prefer videos cause it's not to time consuming. lol I do enjoy fics though.
