Yea I'm worried about that aspect also Poison and as for Dean working out that it's not Cas not sure he will click on quickly. Lately I have noticed that Dean doesn't care so much for Cas like he used to unless there is something in it for him. Cas got hurt yet no one went to see if he was ok. Sam got hurt and Dean goes straight to his brother check on him yet neither went near Cas even afterwards no wonder Cas felt useless and did what he did by becoming Casifer.

the show made sure it was spelled out to everyone last episode that Cas is expendable.
