I had a cheat food weekend and now I'm crashing majorly today because of it.

Not used to sugar and carbs anymore, so it was a lot on my system. Going to hit the gym for a bit today, than rest today since tomorrow I gotta go to my sisters.

Mine is used to both too.

It's still humid here. I didn't sleep well because I was overheated.

I'm sorry that I wasn't on yesterday. I was so exhausted. I left my house around 7:15 am to go to my doctor's appointment and didn't get home until around midnight.

I won't be on Monday, but I will be back Tuesday.

I will be away from July 11th until July 18th because of my eye surgery.
