If you have the chance watch an episode of Ringer and pay attention to the intro. It's the way she says "I witnessed a murder" and the "cute" thing she does with her mouth. There are other things but that's what grates the most. I can't stand it, I just can't.
And she does it in almost every role I've seen her in (yes, I watched several movies with her). So no Ringer for me.

This is one of the things I love about Supernatural. I'm more a fan of a sidekick aka Castiel but I also really like both main characters/actors and don't want to sue them for their acting.

I sometimes watch shows where I hate some of the characters and skip all their scenes but I guess that's hard to do with a main character

It's very frustrating. Luckily the only show where I loved a sidekick and hated the main character was Buffy. But it was painful enough because Spike's my absolute favorite character.

But with SPN I enjoy everything.
