Spoiler:

Well the beginning has Sam & Dean discussing Cas, and Dean is not happy. Basically said he didn't recognize the man staring back at him. The whole episode he constantly checks his phone for possible voicemail and text messages from Cas. You could see on his phone that he even left Cas a 3 minute voicemail recently. You can tell he's really torn. He has Jodi searching for Cas by put an APB out on him. Meanwhile, Mary finds a board with all the current hunters, and how they are being tracked down one by one to be killed. It's crazy! She then is being captured and tortured by Catch by the end of the episode. So she now knows their plan, and Sam & Dean can't reach her because of being captured by Catch.
