That's probably true. I don't see Mal as the type to be extravagant, I see him getting something simple like you said which Inara would appreciate.

Agreed - extravagence isn't his style, but he does have a lot of sentimentality to him, so if he found that she enjoyed the holiday, he'd do something small for her, and she'd know how significant that is.

I think Nathan and Morena should get together with Joss and film a Mr. & Mrs. Reynolds short and we can get a little glimpse into their future, kinda like what the GG revival did.
