"Under My Skin"-When two New York City paramedics are killed during a kidnapping, Holmes and Watson join the manhunt to find the murderer and the woman he abducted. Also, Holmes learns important information about his recovery sponsor, Alfredo (Ato Essandoh), that strains their relationship, on ELEMENTARY, Thursday, April 23 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network.

I loved this episode! The execution of the crime(s) was gruesome and horrific, but brilliant.

The Sherlock & Alfredo side-story was very meaningful and showed that Sherlock really has grown in the relationships department.
