I agree - some of the OPs are in desperate need of a makeover. What program do you use to create banners?

i usually use photoshop, but i used to use a free one before i got photoshop called 'paint.NET' which isn't nearly as good but isn't bad for a free program. It still lets you do a lot of stuff e.g. layering, blurring/blending and changing the colour levels etc.

there is also a twitter account for the elementary writers, and for clyde as well as Jonny's and the official elementary one!

I follow them all but often the writers do a commentary as the episode airs and since I can't watch it then I have to avoid twitter for a little while!
