The fallout over Sherlock’s (Jonny Lee Miller) actions in “M” continues to resonate in Elementary’s thirteenth episode “The Red Team.”

The episode, which airs January 31st on CBS, finds Sherlock suspended from consulting duties with the NYPD and in Gregson’s bad books. However, that doesn’t prevent him from investigating a crime in his own time – this one involving a suspicious hit and run accident involving a conspiracy theorist. Oops! Did a crazy theory hit too close to home for some guilty third party? Meanwhile, Watson (Lucy Liu) treads on eggshells as she continues to pretend Sherlock’s father has given his consent for her to remain as his son’s sober companion (Does anyone else think it was a little off that he said no in reality?) and attempts to broker peace between Gregson and Sherlock.
