It’s from the BTS sneak peek, there’s a quick shot of the wedding guest book and a few people figured out what Pam’s message was. When we first see her in the episode, Pam is standing right next to the guest book.  I posted this on twitter but I figured I'd post it here too for anyone interested. I did some snooping earlier with that screenshot of the wedding guestbook from the 608 ET sneak peek and with a lot of help from people on twitter this is what I was able to come up with. I'm 99% sure most of this is correct but we might be able to tell better if we get a clearer screenshot from the video. the one I had was blurry and I had to invert the colors just to be able to read it better. It's sort of the explanation why Blaine's dad wasn't there
 I can't believe that in 4 seasons they weren't able to cast Papa Anderson and give us a decent Blaine/Daddy storyline. __________________

It's sad especially because we've always asked for this, ever since Season 2.

I am happy we got to see him with his Brother Cooper and Mom Pam its is a lovely insight into his family life but seeing him with his father would have been good too
