But if I could take a guess i'd say Joe somewhat ships Ryan and Mike's bromance too! I mean hasn't he had like 2 or 3 chances to kill Mike?

Judging by the title, a Simple Trade, it looks like they're holding Mike hostage to trade him for something/someone they want.
