Clary said she can't forgive Sebastian after what he did to Dot, but we never saw what he did. Actually neither did Clary. Dot made a portal so Clary and Jace could escape with what they thought was the mortal mirror at the time, but she stayed behind where Sebastian was...and I think it was just assumed that the worst happened.

All Clary implied was something happened to Dot, but who knows what that was! I want to see her show up again I mean I feel like Magnus would be quite sad if she was dead since they were such great friends.

I think he would too and Magnus hasn't said anything about her dying so there is a hope that she is alive.
