I got introduced to the world of Shadowhunters because
of the board was happening, so for me it's been exactly
three years since I first read The Infernal Devices. It's
very easy to keep track that way. And I definitely have no
regrets whatsoever about it, I loved discovering the world
while at the same time understanding more of the board
discussions that were going on and being able to share my
opinion. I can't believe it's already been three years, but I
hope there are many more to come because the beauty of
this board is whether you read all the books or whether
you're just starting to, there's always a place for you on this
board and there are people there willing to assist you through
your journey into the world of the Shadowhunters. So that's
a big reason why I keep coming back, the other reason being
thatI need a place where I can talk and scream about my
favourite characters and couples because they deserve all the
love in the world and I just need everyone to understand. One
post at a time. I think that's everything I wanted to say, happy
anniversary, board!

I have been a fan of the Mortal Instruments since the books
and I have watched this fan base grow both online and this
forum. My favourite book is City of Glass, my favourite character
is Valentine Morgenstern and my favourite couple is Malec. I first
joined fan forum over 2 years ago for this board and because of it
I met a few nice members. I have shared a lot of nice memories here
at the new Shadowhunters board and I even remember showing old
friends here wristbands I had made during the peak of my Malec
obsession. That being said I hope there's many more memories and
milestones to come.

Wow it’s already 3 years already! I can’t believe it’s gone
by so quickly.I remember when the campaign was opened
to try and get a board and then we got it. I have had so
many memories on this board and the series. I remember
getting into the series around the time City of Glass had
come out. When I got into it, there was no way of coming
out of it. I love having discussions about these books and
it’s world and talking about it with other posters. With the
upcoming tv show coming up and the release of a new book
in the Shadowhunter’s world, it is very exciting to be able
enjoy these withother posters on the board. Thanks to all
the posters for dropping by the board these past three
years and the previous moderators of the board. Also
thanks to my current co-mod, Jules. It’s so fun being
able to post this amazing fandom. Happy anniversary,
Shadowhunters board!

I was so happy when this board opened and for there to be
a place where we could talk about our favorite characters,
ships or anything about the TMI/TID series. My favourite
threads have been the Wessa thread because I love
discussing anything about my otp and the Clace and Malec
thread seeing how passionate the shippers are! This has
always been one my most favorite boards to to post on
whetherdiscussing the latest book release, dream casts for
the series, the brilliant actors behind the movie and now the
new amazing actors for the TV series. The thing I love most
about this board though is the friendships I've developed on
various threads and that's why I will never leave this board
and keep posting no matter what even if its mainly the OT
thread lol. I love all the people in this fandom, not just the
author, the characters or actors but the fans as well.

It's crazy to think our board is now 3 years old! I remember
being here when the board opened and posting ever since.
How I came to know this series wasseeing a an icon of
Clace on LJ many years ago which got me intrigued. So
I started reading City of Bones and instantly fell in love
with everything; the characters, relationships, the story
and the amazing world that Cassie created. Would love
to be part of that world and visit Idris.

What's kept me having fun here is being able to discuss
the different aspects with other passionate members, the
many friends I have made here and to Ann for being an
amazing comod So proud to be part of such a
wonderful fandom. Thanks to all of you who have stuck
by the board through the highs and lows. So excited that
we are getting a showand I cannot wait for it to premiere.

Make Me Laugh (Dave)
Wow...it's been three years! I remember when this board opened
and am glad to see that lots of people have stuck around. I
read all of the Mortal Instrument books and all of the
Clockwork Angel books via Audio book. Lauren helped me
get interested in Audio books again that year.

I love City of Glass and my favorite scene in that book is when
Raziel sees through Valentine's plan and does not grant him his
wish...instead he kills him. Clary is released and her wish for Jace
to be alive again.

My second favorite book is City of Heavenly Fire and my favorite
scene in that book is when Sebastian finally gets defeated at the end.
I love when Clary was the one to do it.

The people have always been friendly here through the years here.
Rae, the first regular mod of this board was the first person I met at
Fan Forum when I joined. Tiana, another former Mod of this board, is
my former co-Mod from the Twilight Board. I enjoy chatting with
everyone who stops by.

Congrats Again to the Shadowhunter board and looking forward to
many future years of shadowhunter books and other media fandom.
